The position is remote, allowing you to execute your responsibilities from the comfort of your own space.Responsibilities:• Administering complete payroll cycles for a substantial team on a fortnightly schedule.• Upholding employee adherence to company standards and regulations.• Overseeing the process of onboarding and offboarding.• Utilizing Gusto to process payroll and managing timeclock through Deputy.• Addressing garnishment notifications.• Reviewing and ensuring compliance with break/meal requirements.• Assisting in the payroll audit process as required.• Employing Excel or similar spreadsheet tools to maintain organization and efficiency.• Juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, including managing payroll deadlines, reviewing audit documents and managing other administrative responsibilities.• Leveraging skills in 401k - RRSP Administration, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Payroll - 101 - 500 Employees, Payroll - Garnishments, Process Biweekly Payroll, and Gusto.
