We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida, in the Insurance industry. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing payroll, onboarding new employees, and performing light recruiting duties. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: • Accurately processing multi-state payroll for approximately 800 employees• Handling all aspects of onboarding, including background and drug processing• Assisting with light recruiting duties as needed• Sending out team acknowledgements in a timely and efficient manner• Performing additional administrative duties as required• Ensuring all payroll-related tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and regulations• Utilizing accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and reports• Overseeing 401k and RRSP Administration• Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity• Managing benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance with relevant laws and policies.
