Responsibilities
- Handle all payroll activities with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with HR duties and projects as required
- Utilize accounting software systems to manage and track payroll
- Conduct auditing of payroll records for accuracy and compliance
- Manage benefit functions related to payroll
- Process certified payroll as and when needed
- Handle multistate payroll activities
- Manage payroll for a team of under 100 employees
- Process payroll in an efficient and timely manner
- Use 'About Time' software for payroll and HR functions.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
- Familiarity with About Time software is a must.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions is essential.
- Demonstrated skill in Auditing is necessary.
- Experience with Benefit Functions is required.
- Proficiency in Certified Payroll is necessary.
- Experience with Multistate Payroll is crucial.
- General knowledge and experience in Payroll is required.
- Experience in managing Payroll for under 100 Employees is necessary.
- Proven ability to Process Payroll is essential.
