Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll compliance projects as per assigned tasks
- Take responsibility for state tax compliance processes
- Manage employee withdrawal and enrollment information
- Assist with Accounts Payable responsibilities when necessary
- Utilize Paychex for efficient payroll management
- Ensure compliance with I-9 regulations
- Maintain and manage HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems effectively.
- Proficient in Paychex payroll software
- Extensive knowledge in Payroll Taxes
- Familiarity with I-9 Compliance procedures
- Experience in Compliance Management
- In-depth understanding of Tax Compliance Processes
- Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
