We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Analyst to join our team based in Exton, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be supporting all aspects of payroll operations processing, liaising with various teams, and managing equity transactions and other related tasks.Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Relocation vendors to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and processing of mobility data.• Work closely with the Equity team to ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with Plan requirements.• Monitor the schedule of Employee movements for international assignments and transfers based in North America and Canada, partnering with vendors to provide necessary data.• Coordinate and advise 3rd party vendors to ensure correct recording of cross-country equity transactions for employees on international assignments and transfers.• Partner with Payroll Compliance team to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.• Support the development of processes to enhance payroll services.• Participate in the continuous improvement of payroll operations processing.• Engage with People Solutions teams to ensure consistent and accurate flow of information and issue resolution.• Handle domestic relocation reporting and international mobility payments and reporting for expat and inpat population.• Drive efficiencies and process improvements in payroll operations.
