If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and love working in a team where your contributions truly matter, this is the role for you!What You’ll Do:Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll with accuracy and efficiency.Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring all salaries, bonuses, commissions, time worked, and deductions are processed correctly.Ensure accurate tax and benefits deductions while troubleshooting any payroll-related issues.Reconcile payroll with the general ledger and monthly bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.Handle payroll adjustments, direct deposits, and reissued checks when needed.File federal and state payroll taxes and assist with sales tax filings.Collaborate with HR and accounting to ensure seamless payroll operations.Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies with a proactive approach.
