Salary: $20.90 to $24.20 hourly

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Part Time Payroll Clerk in Fishers, Indiana. The chosen candidate will be part of an industry that requires expertise in software systems specific to accounting and payroll functions such as Paycom, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing payroll for a substantial number of employees
• Utilizing Paycom software for efficient payroll management
• Proactively monitoring and managing customer accounts
• Accurately maintaining customer credit records
• Handling and resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Performing accounting functions and auditing as necessary
• Managing accounts payable (AP) tasks
• Overseeing benefit functions within the organization
• Providing coverage for medical leave when necessary
• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for financial tasks and responsibilities.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is a must.
• Previous experience with Ceridian is essential.
• Knowledge of Dayforce is required.
• Prior use of About Time software is important.
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is critical.
• Auditing skills are a must.
• Ability to handle Benefit Functions is essential.
