We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial services industry, located in Georgetown, Kentucky. The role is for a Payroll Clerk who will be an integral part of our team by handling payroll for our employees and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll for 150 employees using ADP.
- Handle separate payroll procedures for contractors.
- Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and data.
- Perform audits to ensure all payroll transactions are accurate.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) tasks as needed.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time for various payroll tasks.
- Carry out accounting functions as per the established guidelines and procedures.
- Oversee benefit functions related to payroll processing.
- Resolve any payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Proficiency in using Ceridian
- Knowledge of Dayforce software
- Experience with About Time software
- Understanding of Accounting Functions
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
- Skills in Auditing
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions
