Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Payroll/Human Resources Specialist to join a well-established manufacturing company in Eugene, OR. As a part of their team, you will be in charge of not only processing payroll for a specific number of employees but also serving as a backup for the primary payroll specialist. You will also engage in various human resources administrative tasks and help to manage leave of absence requests.

- Handle the processing of payroll for over 100 employees
- Serve as a backup for the primary payroll specialist who manages payroll for over 900 employees
- Use Kronos Workforce management software for payroll processing and other tasks
- Manage leave of absence requests and related administrative duties
- Keep accurate records of payroll and HR-related activities
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and HR information
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Leverage your experience in handling multi-state payroll
- Utilize your human resources administration skills to support other HR functions.
Requirements
- Applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Payroll/Human Resources Specialist.
- Proficiency in using Kronos and Kronos Workforce software is required.
- Experience with Multi-State Payroll is necessary for this role.
- The candidate should have handled Payroll for over 500 Employees and under 100 Employees.
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) Administration is essential.
- The applicant should be familiar with managing Leave of Absence procedures.
