This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team supporting 125 employees across hourly and salaried roles.Responsibilities:Payroll Processing: Accurately process semi-monthly payroll for all employees using ADP Workforce Now (WFN).Employee Types: Manage payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring timely and accurate calculations, including overtime pay and deductions.Tax Compliance: Handle payroll tax filings, reviews, and reconciliations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Reporting: Generate reports and conduct audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.Communication: Address payroll-specific questions and issues from employees, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records and update systems as needed.This is a direct hire role paying up to 85K plus benefits working 100% in office.
