This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Provide exceptional customer service and communication• Execute technical and ticket support, both remotely and on-site• Manage break/fix tasks primarily for laptops and desktops• Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for various tasks and functions• Provide support for Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft suite• Handle the deployment and installation of hardware and software, particularly Dell and Lenovo hardware• Possess imaging experience, preferably with clonezilla and kangaroo for imaging• Ensure the smooth operation of network printers.
