People Business Partner 2

We are seeking a skilled People Business Partner 2 located in New York, New York, United States. This role is crucial to our operation, focusing on the creation and adaptation of fitness content for our Spanish-speaking members. As part of our team, your tasks will involve the review and translation of content, research and translation of fitness terminology, and providing feedback on various aspects of content production. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Ensure meticulous review of English to Spanish and Spanish to English subtitles for fitness classes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Undertake research to translate fitness terminology effectively.• Conduct rigorous quality control of closed captions, providing detailed feedback for improvements.• Assist in translating and reviewing marketing copy and assets, utilizing translation management systems.• Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and provide advice on market expectations in terms of subtitling and dubbing.• Review dubbing scripts, provide feedback, and make necessary updates to our Dubbing Guidelines.• Participate in voice casting sessions and provide advice on the suitability of Spanish voices for various roles.• Review dubbed classes, providing feedback to ensure quality and consistency.• Support the Content Localisation team with additional linguistic tasks as needed.
