Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a PeopleSoft Financial Systems Analyst for a long-term, multi-year contract role to maintain, upgrade, and support the PeopleSoft ERP system. The ideal candidate will combine a strong accounting or finance background with technical expertise in financial systems to ensure the reliability and performance of core financial processes. Candidates for role must be able to be on-site a minimum of three days/week at the client's location. Responsibilities:• Oversee maintenance and enhancements for PeopleSoft ERP modules, with an emphasis on General Ledger, Projects, and Assets.• Manage key General Ledger functions, such as inter-company accounting, multi-currency transactions, and monthly/annual translations.• Ensure smooth integration of data from feeder systems using flat file loads and web interfaces.• Conduct financial reporting using nVision and perform data analysis through PeopleSoft Query (PS Query) tools.• Handle PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) updates and Tools upgrades for system optimization.• Support operational and financial workflows in associated modules like Accounts Payable, Expenses, and Projects, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
