Job Description :
The incumbent will be responsible for conducting a complete PC refresh, replacing PCs across 65 clinic locations, all running on Windows 11. The deployment will encompass both hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, similar to level 1 help desk tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Replacement and upgrade of hardware to Windows 11 OS
- Installation and configuration of software applications
- Troubleshooting of technical issues ensuring minimum downtime
- Travel between client locations across the NW Indiana area
- Work collaboratively in a team of 7
Requirements :
