In this role, you will utilize your skills in case management, personal injury law, and business development to manage high volume client intakes and pre-litigation cases. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage high volume client intake effectively and efficiently
• Oversee pre-litigation case management with a strong focus on personal injury cases
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Leverage your business development skills for client and business growth
• Resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor client accounts and take appropriate actions as required
• May require bilingual communication skills for client interaction.• Proficiency in CRM software to effectively manage client information and maintain relationships.
• Extensive experience in Case Management, demonstrating the ability to oversee a portfolio of personal injury cases and ensure successful resolution.
• In-depth knowledge of Personal Injury Law, including understanding of the legal procedures and terminology involved.
• Experience in representing Personal Injury Plaintiffs, demonstrating the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Strong Business Development Skills, showcasing the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for case acquisition and firm growth.
