Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Robert Half has partnered with a prominent plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm in the Denver Tech Center on the search for a 7 years’ litigation paralegal to join their growing team, on a direct hire basis. This Firm is not a high-volume practice, and they strive to offer a high level of service to all clients in which they represent. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conduct comprehensive client intake interviews, building rapport and gathering detailed information about accidents and injuries.
- Analyze medical records, police reports, witness statements, and other evidence to develop strong cases.
- Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with meticulous accuracy.
- Conduct legal research on relevant case law, statutes, and personal injury principles.
- Schedule and coordinate medical examinations, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Manage client communication, keeping them informed, empathetic, and involved throughout the legal process.
- Draft settlement demands and negotiate aggressively with insurance companies to secure maximum compensation for clients.
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witnesses, and creating demonstrative aids.
- Maintain meticulous and organized case files, ensuring efficient access to critical information.
- Docketing and calculating deadlines
- Stay current on personal injury law developments and emerging trends.
