Robert Half is offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Personal Injury Paralegal in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing calendars, utilizing case management software, and other associated tasks within the legal industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage legal calendars ensuring all deadlines are met
• Utilize case management software to keep track of all cases and clients
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents and court filings
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals on case details
• Conduct legal research to assist in case preparation
• Organize and maintain client files and case documents
• Communicate with clients to gather and relay case information
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, court dates, and other appointments.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Possession of a paralegal certification or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in the field of personal injury law
• Proficiency in using case management software to organize and manage legal cases
• Exceptional skills in calendar management to schedule meetings, court dates, and deadlines
• Strong research skills and ability to prepare legal documents such as pleadings and motions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Familiarity with legal terminologies and procedures related to personal injury law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
