We are partnering with a manufacturing client in York County, PA to hire a Plant Controller to support their growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that financial controls across the facility are followed and provide financial leadership on site, working along with other operational teams. This candidate will also be responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting for the site.Responsibilities for the Plant Controller will include:• Responsible for precise reporting of plant financial performance and identifying opportunities for enhancement.• Accountable for overseeing month-end and year-end closure for the site, ensuring all deadlines are met.• Responsible for investigating and interpreting variances on a monthly basis, against previous year, forecast and budget.• Contribute to diminishing slow-moving and obsolete inventory, promoting lean inventory and assuring inventory accuracy.• Outline and implement business procedures ensuring robust control environment; continual reviews for enhancements are required.• Collaborate with management to elevate improvements and savings, and creating project plans and budgets
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
