We are seeking a Plant Controller to become an integral part of our team in Shelbyville, Tennessee. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting software systems and the ability to oversee financial activities within our industry.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the overall financial operations within the plant
- Utilize accounting software systems for efficient financial management
- Ensure all accounting functions are performed accurately and within set deadlines
- Oversee the accounts payable process to ensure timely payments
- Develop and control the plant's annual budget to support strategic business goals
- Implement and maintain the ADP Financial Services system for improved financial processes
- Conduct regular auditing to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
- Use the Eaton and Epicor systems for enhanced financial reporting and analysis
- Manage budget processes to meet the financial objectives of the plant
- Employ 3M strategies for effective financial management and control.
- Must hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role as Plant Controller
- Proficiency in using 3M tools is required
- Experience with Accounting Software Systems is essential
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a prerequisite
- Knowledge of Eaton tools is a must
- Should have hands-on experience with Epicor
- Strong understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial
