In this role, you will be performing crucial functions related to indexing and imaging of bills and invoices in a centralized Accounts Payable environment.Responsibilities:• Manage the indexing of key data fields to prepare invoices for processing• Ensure all transactions adhere to the Company's Accounting Policies & Procedures• Assist in handling vendor inquiries and resolving them in a timely manner• Collaborate with various corporate departments and field operation units in coordinating Accounts Payable transactions• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer applications to maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files• Exhibit strong communication skills to manage vendor relationships effectively• Display high attention to detail in a high-volume work environment to ensure accuracy in data entry• Proactively identify and solve problems to support the group’s objectives• Leverage strong analytical skills to handle complex Accounts Payable tasks
