Duration : 1 week to start, with possible extension.
Location : Remote (Company is based in Woodinville, WA).
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop a Power BI dashboard for enhanced data communication and accessibility.
- Connect SQL backends and write SQL queries for data retrieval.
- Replace existing Crystal Reports accessed via Viewpoint with efficient Power BI dashboards.
- Work with the team to consolidate data sources into structured, user-friendly reports.
- Ensure Power BI reports can be embedded within a SharePoint site.
- Integrate payroll system data and ERP security into dashboards.
- Provide insights on optimizing dashboard performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data visualization requirements and ensure dashboards align with business objectives.
- Optimize data retrieval and dashboard performance to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, including backend connections and writing queries.
- Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards for business intelligence.
- Familiarity with embedding Power BI reports into SharePoint and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Power BI performance and connectivity issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
