We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Principal Hardware Engineer in Marlboro, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be involved in the design and development of analog circuits, PCB layouts, and power systems in the tech industry. This position is based in a dynamic and collaborative workplace.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of analog circuits
Utilize CAD tools such as Altium Designer for design and layout
Analyze and design power supply systems
Develop PCB layouts and routing techniques
Apply knowledge of digital logic design and signal integrity
Resolve complex technical issues through strong problem-solving skills
Collaborate effectively with a diverse team
Mentor entry level engineers and share expertise
Manage computer hardware related tasks
Oversee power management systems and industrial controls
Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Computer Hardware
Proficiency in Power Supply design and implementation
Expertise in using Altium Designer for PCB Design
Demonstrated ability in PCB layouts creation and verification
Skilled in Schematic Capture for circuit design and analysis
Significant experience in Analog Circuit Design
Familiarity with Power management systems in hardware engineering
Experience with Industrial controls in hardware systems
Proven track record of mentoring new hires, promoting skill development and knowledge transfer.
