An organization in Export is needing a contract Procurement Coordinator for a contract opportunity. Hours: 8AM - 5PM. The Procurement Coordinator is 100% onsite.The Procurement Coordinator would be responsible for the following duties:- Handle high-volume customer interactions, mainly via phone.- Process purchase orders and enter customer orders in SAP.- Communicate order updates and resolve inquiries via phone, email, and fax.- Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules with warehouses.- Work with Supply Chain to expedite materials and improve delivery.The Requirements for this Procurement Coordinator position include:•Associated degree in Business is a plus• Exceptional customer service and phone skills is a required • Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.• Experience in processing purchase orders is a huge plus- Manage order backlog, rescheduling as needed.- Serve as the primary contact for order status, pricing, and availability.- Process RGAs, Credit Memoranda, and manage customer accounts in SAP.- Oversee consignment inventory for key accounts.- Enter and communicate Customer Complaint Management (CCM) data.
