We are in the search for a Procurement Manager to join our team located in North Bergen, New Jersey. In this role, you will be expected to oversee various aspects of procurement management such as coordinating pallet deliveries, managing vehicle and machinery repairs, and handling vendor purchase orders and invoices.Responsibilities:• Oversee the coordination of pallet deliveries to various locations and liaise with external vendors.• Manage the repair procedures for trailers, warehouse machinery, and vehicles.• Notify vendors for necessary battery and charger repairs.• Ensure the daily refueling of all vehicles by the fuel company.• Arrange DOT medical appointments for drivers as per requirement.• Review, submit, and manage all vendor purchase orders and invoices.• Schedule preventive maintenance and service repairs for leased and rental trucks.• Oversee the renewal of all registration and insurance cards.• Coordinate the delivery and pickup of new and off-lease trucks.• Review and manage leased contracts for Raymond and Toyota trucks and CTL trailers.• Handle daily repairs and maintenance for all warehouse machinery.• Utilize your skills in 3M, Coupa, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, About Time, Budget Processes, Buying Processes, Customer Service, and Invoice for optimal results in Corporate Procurement.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
