Responsibilities:• Oversee strategic sourcing and buying operations for our centralized contracting team.• Utilize 3M, Coupa, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, and About Time to ensure efficient operations.• Adhere to established budget processes in all procurement activities.• Execute buying processes accurately, ensuring all purchases align with company needs and budget.• Deliver top-notch customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.• Monitor and update customer accounts as needed.• Handle invoice processing, ensuring accuracy in all financial documents.• Assist with the management of supply chain operations.• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
