This role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Job responsibilities could be, but not limited to: Assist with shows/meetings/projects/virtual eventsCoordination with key vendorsCreating and Updating Schedules & related production documentsInternal planning meetingsCreative sessions—brainstorming and notetakingProvide project updatesVirtual Event ManagementTrained to operate internal equipment and Tricaster for Virtual EventsMedia & Asset Management on CKC Network and Client’s Site as neededEntry level video editing--Take on-line editing course (CKC will fund) • Possible PPT developmentCreate and keep up-to-date procedures (i.e. Producer Guidelines, CKC Vendor Filing, Job Onboarding, etc.)Maintain Jobs-in-Progress Doc/New Jobs • Vendor COI Tracking & Onboard new vendors & Background Checks • Create & update show books and badgesBook travel & Maintain travel grids • Create and update contact sheetCoordinate shipping of equipment for showsMaintain road units, conduct equipment checks and inventoryInternet research and compile findings (guest speakers, performance acts, new business)Maintain and update music playlists
