We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Programmer Analyst in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of both front and back end development with a focus on the platform's progression. Responsibilities:
Develop and manage both self-hosted Open source and Magento Commerce, hosted at Adobe or Nexcess.
Contribute to the platform's evolution with your extensive knowledge and experience.
Collaborate with the team to manage the infrastructure for the self-hosted features/code and CSS Styles updates.
Utilize your experience with Atlassian Jira, Backend Development, DB2 Database, GitHub, and Hibernate ORM.
Implement AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies in the development process.
Employ your ASP.NET and CSS skills for front end development.
Maintain accurate documentation of the development process.
Leverage your experience with Magento for ecommerce website development.
Requirements
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking.
Strong skills in Backend Development, capable of managing server-side web application logic and integration.
Experience with DB2 Database, including designing, writing, and troubleshooting DB2 SQL code.
Familiarity with GitHub, able to use it for version control in the development process.
Knowledge of Hibernate ORM for mapping an object-oriented domain model to a relational database.
Understanding of AB Testing, able to implement it for website optimization.
Experience in Agile Scrum methodology, capable of working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
Proficiency in ASP.NET for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Strong skills in CSS, capable of creating user-friendly web pages and resolving any styling issues.
Ability to create clear and comprehensive Documentation, ensuring all aspects of a project are properly recorded.
Experience with Magento, able to leverage it for building and improving e-commerce websites.
