Key Responsibilities:Perform budgeting and job cost analysis for all projects.Manage financial reporting and oversee loans for each project.Ensure timely payment to all sub-contractors.Monitor and track contracts and billings for each project.Prepare monthly financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.Assist external auditors with the year-end audit process.Oversee the administration of change orders, lien waivers, and other essential documentation.
