We are on the lookout for a diligent Project Coordinator to join our client's team based in the Middlesex, New Jersey area. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing multiple projects, ensuring that all elements are effectively coordinated and completed on time. This role involves a variety of tasks, each day presenting new challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating various projects, including reviewing the work of other project members.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel and other internal systems for project management and data handling.
- Supervising the preparation and dispatch of inventory for trade shows, including overseeing the booth design process.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the successful launch of new product lines, including overseeing the creation of social media posts.
- Coordinating with the Amazon Channel Coordinator to ensure product details and listings are uploaded to Amazon in a timely manner.
- Liaising with overseas warehouses to ensure readiness for production phases of new product lines.
- Handling miscellaneous tasks as they arise in the context of project management.
- Proven experience in project coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant digital tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and market research techniques.
- Ability to prepare and present project updates and progress reports.
- A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile.
- Solid understanding of the PR landscape and its best practices.
- Familiarity with content creation and social media management.
