My client has a need for a long-term contractor (2 years) to help them complete a Core banking conversion. Only candidates who have completed multiple core banking conversions from beginning to end will be considered.
Project Leadership Opportunity – Core Banking Transformation
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in overseeing complex banking technology transformations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience leading end-to-end initiatives for core banking platform transitions across multiple financial institutions.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record managing large-scale core banking migrations, having led several successful implementations in diverse banking environments.
- Deep familiarity with industry-leading core systems such as FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry, or CSI.
- Expertise across the full transformation lifecycle, including:
- Evaluating and selecting technology partners
- Designing and validating system architecture and integration strategies
- Planning and managing vendor negotiations and contractual engagements
- Executing seamless data migration and platform implementation
- Driving post-launch optimization and ensuring operational success
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in steering core banking overhauls from concept through execution.
