We are offering a contract for a Project Manager - IT Infrastructure position in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this role, you'll be primarily focused on managing a variety of technology infrastructure projects, including system deployments, software upgrades, and change management initiatives. You'll be part of a diverse, multinational team and work closely with various IT associates across the organization.Responsibilities:• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project management plans, adhering to established methodologies.• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and manage potential future IT infrastructure projects.• Regularly prepare status reports, presenting project scope, goals, milestones, budget, risk status, and change requests to the client and project team.• Continually update project schedules, incorporating inputs from each functional team.• Lead project cost estimation and ongoing budget tracking, providing budget information to Project Managers and assisting in data analysis.• Handle project resource management, providing work direction and leadership to assigned projects, scheduling work assignments, and reviewing project efforts.• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting, maintaining logs of project actions, risks, and issues.• Facilitate the integration of new installations and upgrades of desktop, server, and network infrastructure hardware and software.• Employ your interpersonal skills to work effectively in a distributed, multicultural environment.• Implement risk management strategies, identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating day-to-day project issues and risks.• Leverage your business analysis skills to gather information required for analysis of project cost, resources, time, and other project supporting deliverables.
