We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager focused on Real-time Payment System Implementation, operating entirely remotely. Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete process of transitioning banks and financial institutions from Zelle to FedNow, ensuring minimal disruptions and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including setting timelines, milestones, and allocating resources.
- Identify potential risks and challenges during the migration process, devising strategies to mitigate them and ensuring issues are resolved promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest regulations and compliance standards in the banking and financial services sector, particularly regarding real-time payment systems like FedNow and Zelle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as technology, operations, and compliance to facilitate smooth execution of the migration.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives.
- Contribute to the enhancement of project management processes and tools, promoting continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is essential.
- Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) is required.
- Must have experience in Contract Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is a key requirement.
- Must have knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
- Auditing skills are required.
- Must be well-versed in industry Best Practices.
- Experience in Change Management is crucial.
- Must have basic Coding skills.
