We have an opening for a Project Manager with our client in New Orleans, Louisiana. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in advancing administrative aspects of project development, including the creation of comprehensive and compliant proposals in response to customer requests and budget estimates. In this role, you will work closely with vendors and interact with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Prepare detailed and accurate project proposals in response to customer requirements• Identify material and time requirements to accurately estimate costs• Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary goods and packages• Maintain precise and up-to-date proposal documentation, ensuring the security and integrity of all information• Establish and manage electronic proposal file access and tracking protocols• Communicate effectively and with a detail-oriented approach with clients and team members• Support team goals by tracking vendor performance and managing vendor logistics• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure priority bidding information• Use CRM, Excel, Microsoft Office Software, and other discipline-specific software applications effectively• Foster a customer service attitude towards all internal and external customers• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, products, and personal/detail-oriented development
