Property Accountant

Robert Half is recruiting for accounting professionals at both the Staff Accountant and Sr. Accountant levels with recent real estate / property management accounting experience.

Ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Recent commercial, retail, industrial or multi-family property accounting experience

• Experience with MRI or Yardi is a plus

• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Month end close, consolidations and technical accounting skills

• Ability to work, take ownership, and succeed in a rapidly changing environment.

• Very strong Excel skills required
