We are in search of a Property Administrator to join our team in YONKERS, New York. This role provides general office support in the real estate industry.Responsibilities:• Managing the property's waiting list and actively seeking potential residents to fill vacancies• Supporting tenant recertifications and lease administration• Assisting residents with their requests, including providing copies of leases, rent payments, and other relevant documents• Ensuring all rent bills, recertification packages, late rent notices, and other correspondences are sent out in a timely manner• Updating the Vacancy, Recertification, and other reports as necessary• Addressing tenant complaints and assisting in finding resolutions• Providing backup support in creating work orders and handling calls • Offering support to attorneys and residents by providing updated rent ledgers• Maintaining accurate customer credit records• Efficiently processing customer credit applicationsThis role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
