For more information about these available opportunities and how to apply, please call 818-703-8818 today.Other duties as assigned:· Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.· Prepare and distribute notices, correspondence, and reports as required.· Handle phone calls and inquiries from tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.· Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and issues.· Process lease applications, renewals, terminations, and conduct tenant move-in and move-out inspections.· Ensure timely communication with tenants regarding property events, maintenance schedules, and policy changes.· Utilize Yardi software for lease administration, rent collection, and tenant tracking.· Generate and analyze financial reports, including rent rolls, occupancy reports, and delinquency reports.· Review and process vendor invoices for payment.· Conduct property tours and provide leasing information to prospective tenants.· Work closely with the property management team to achieve departmental goals.· Participate in team meetings and provide updates on administrative activities.
