Responsibilities:• Manage and foster positive relationships with property owners• Efficiently address and resolve maintenance issues as they arise• Monitor association finances to ensure budget compliance• Prepare for and participate in board meetings, including the creation of necessary documentation• Enforce community standards and rules to maintain a harmonious living environment• Utilize your skills in Leasing Consultation, Executive Meetings, and Board Presentations to effectively perform your duties• Maintain adherence to public meeting rules and documentation standards• Oversee and manage receivables from property owners.
