This position is looking to start immediately.
Key Duties
- Monitor the status of public records requests and generate reports to support transparency and compliance tracking.
- Oversee incoming requests to ensure timely processing in compliance with state-mandated deadlines; perform document searches, redact sensitive information, and maintain comprehensive records of all requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external legal counsel to respond to subpoenas and manage discovery requests.
Requirements:
- 1 YOE fulfilling public records requests
- 1 YOE in legal
