Salary: between $60,000- $80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts to obtain the best value for the company.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including creating purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective and timely communication.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products, staying informed about industry trends.
- Analyze and compare supplier proposals and select the most suitable vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
- Resolve any vendor-related issues or disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing vendors and negotiating pricing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
