Are you a meticulous and creative Quality Assurance Analyst looking for a long-term contract opportunity? Our software team is seeking a skilled QA professional to ensure the highest standards of quality for our applications, including mobile and web platforms. This role is based in Wisconsin, with a preference for remote but must live in Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing to validate data flow, UI/UX, and application functionality.
- Develop and execute test cases, considering the big picture impact on the application.
- Perform mobile application testing on Android and iOS platforms for end-to-end customer and vendor experiences.
- Utilize a Test Case Repository tool to maintain test cases and ensure documentation consistency.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment, working within Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Think critically and creatively about test case writing, identifying potential gaps and areas for improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong experience in manual testing with an ability to analyze data flow impacts.
- Soft skills: Curious, proactive, and capable of thinking broadly about application functionality.
- Experience testing mobile applications (Android and/or iOS), including third-party tools.
- Hands-on experience with a Test Case Repository tool.
- Prior experience in an Agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with automation testing (not required but a plus).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing best practices.
