- Oversee due diligence and title reviews, maintaining meticulous records and coordinating with attorneys, clients, and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Handle post-closing matters, including recording documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain electronic case files and facilitate seamless communication to support attorneys in all stages of transactions.
