Occasional travel may be required if not local.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the product owner to address business challenges, analyze gaps, and propose improvement opportunities.Partner with vendors to develop solutions, including cloud migration and gap resolution.Lead teams in implementing enhanced budget management solutions.Establish shared project vision and strategies, aligning with multiple stakeholders.Define goals, objectives, and key metrics for monitoring business and tech outcomes.Coordinate with vendors and resources to create and execute integrated program plans.Foster high-performing team cultures to achieve business and tech-driven results.Oversee business process management, change management, and integration with technology across workstreams.Ensure successful project delivery that meets business needs and requirements.Apply project management practices, including detailed planning, risk management, and budget oversight.Monitor execution, track earned value, and report on project status and performance.Develop operational support plans, governance frameworks, and business processes pre-implementation.Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and organizational governance.Facilitate solution architecture designs, stakeholder alignment, and approvals.Conduct program closeouts, lessons learned, post-implementation reviews, and handovers to operations.Follow client-specific governance, stage gates, and production launch requirements.
