The primary purpose of this position involves varied general office functions, including but not limited to handling mail and deliveries, scanning, acting as a receptionist, telephone answering, and acting as support staff to various departments. If interested in this role, please call (808) 531-0800.Essential Functions (to be performed on-site)To perform this job successfully, candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:- Performs clerical work involving standard clerical procedures requiring the exercise of some judgment and making decisions within the limits of standard procedures and general instruction.- Serves as back up receptionist: answering and transferring phone calls, greeting customers, updating reception logs, processing faxes and unassigned e-mails.- Handle mail and deliveries, copying, scanning, typing, data entry, and filing- Assist with heavy documentation- Operates a wide variety of standard office machines.- Additional clerical duties as assigned.
