We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Receptionist/Front Desk role in Poway, California. This role primarily revolves around processing customer applications, maintaining precise records, resolving inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts. Responsibilities:• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary• Assist in the development and execution of new outreach programs• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and community organizations• Coordinate recruitment events such as job fairs and orientations• Conduct tours of the training center for interested individuals or groups• Collaborate with management and staff in preparing and implementing outreach events• Assist with general filing and file room organization tasks• Support the Workforce Development Team as and when required• Collaborate with the marketing team in creating social media and other marketing materials• Provide reception desk support as needed.
