We are on the lookout for a temporary Receptionist to be a part of our team in Santa Barbara, California. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for a law firm, handling the flow of people through the business and ensuring that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.Responsibilities:• Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct them appropriately.• Deliver excellent customer service to maintain a positive business environment.• Conduct data entry tasks and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.• Manage email correspondences on a daily basis, ensuring all mails are promptly responded to.• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word effectively to carry out tasks.• Employ interpersonal skills to interact with customers, clients, and team members.• Organize files and documents to ensure easy retrieval and efficient record keeping.• Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary, ensuring no overlaps or conflicts.• Monitor and oversee customer accounts, taking necessary action when required.
