Your role will include a wide range of tasks, from answering calls and directing mail, to managing visitor requests and keeping the office stocked.Responsibilities:• Greet visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and assist with their requests• Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently• Handle inbound and outbound mail, ensuring timely pickup and delivery• Prepare the office each day, including restocking the pantry and coffee bar, and prepping the coffee machine• Manage reservations for meeting rooms, ensuring they are booked and prepared for use• Fill in service tickets and maintain the maintenance log to ensure office equipment and facilities are in good working condition• Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks• Provide administrative support as needed
