Position Overview:Robert Half is partnering with a purpose-driven nonprofit organization seeking a warm, organized, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and callers. This individual will create a welcoming environment at the front desk while supporting the smooth daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, patience, and attention to detail to every interaction and task.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist all visitors and clients in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.Answer and manage a multi-line phone system; screen and direct calls or take detailed messages as needed.Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries; prepare outgoing mail and shipments.Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and assist in general office upkeep.Help update contact information and records in internal systems.Assist with basic data entry tasks and document scanning.Support staff by organizing and filing paperwork, both physical and digital.Help track the status of certificates and other program-related documents; scan and file as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure records are current and accurate.Monitor office and kitchen supply inventory; restock items and communicate any needs to the appropriate team member.Provide general support for internal events or occasional projects.
