Receptionist in LAS CRUCES NM -A receptionist is primarily responsible for welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries, and directing them appropriately. Receptionists also manage administrative tasks such as receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers, maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges.Additionally, they keep the reception area clean and organized, schedule meetings, and appointments, and provide basic information on company services. They may also be tasked with performing basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties. Excellent communication skills, patience, multitasking abilities, and a professional pleasant appearance are required for this position.
