- Manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate parties
- Deliver excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and responding to client needs promptly
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up to date
- Send and receive email correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to perform various administrative tasks
- Organize files and documents for easy retrieval and efficient office operations
- Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and resources
- Use your strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming for all visitors
- Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems
