We are in search of a Recruiter to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. As a Recruiter, you will be tasked with identifying top talent through various recruiting events, using recruiting strategies and leveraging the use of Applicant Tracking System and CRM. This role also includes providing excellent customer service and handling various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to manage and track candidate profiles
• Leverage CRM to manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Provide outstanding customer service to both potential recruits and internal team members
• Engage in Full Cycle Recruiting to attract, screen, select and onboard personnel with experience in the required fields to fill job openings
• Create and manage job postings to attract a wide pool of applicants
• Attend and participate in recruiting events to network and connect with potential candidates
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract candidates with experience in the relevant areas
• Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment processes
• Source potential candidates using various methods and tools.
